Founder of The Dawn Project Dan O’Dowd was interviewed on the risks of commercial driverless vehicles, which rely on software that is easy to hack and was never built to safety-critical standards.

He blames “Silicon Valley’s dogmatic ‘move fast and break things’ attitude to software development.”
